Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of our digital cutter
• Assist with technical training for the product
• Evaluates, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands via visits and hotline support (phone, mail and social network)
• Provides customers with Service reports
• Maintains product manuals 
• Reports common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference
• Regular travel is frequent for services local client. Travel abroad is also possible with companies with international customers
• Assignments at international trade fairs

Required

• Familiarity with electrical or mechanical procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to relay the problem and solution to customers and top management
• Able to work without any direct supervision
• Able to work overtime and sometimes on a weekend (Compensation leave is offered)
• Possibly even deeper computer hardware and software knowledge
• Good command in English
• BA degree in technical or equivalent
